I work in the coffee business (renting, repairing, and selling coffee machines), and I became interested in water vending because it’s a highly relevant and liquid product.

The machines operate well. There were a few minor issues, but the company resolved them quickly under warranty. In general, GWater is always ready to help solve any problems.
To improve heating efficiency, the company even provided extra insulation materials for the machine and communications, as we faced some challenges during -20°C temperatures.
Overall, the equipment performs well, and the water quality is truly great.
I’ve been working with GWater since August 2020. My current profit is around ₴3,500–4,500 per machine, and sales keep growing — because the water is high-quality and customers like it.
I’m satisfied with the service overall. There are occasional misunderstandings or delays, few but present, but I hope the company will continue improving.
